PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping does NOT mean express processing. This is a fast shipping method only. During our busier periods, processing of orders may take between 1 - 5 business days. XMAS & NEW YEAR ORDER/SHIPPING INFORMATION 

During this busy holiday sale period, there may be delays with the dispatch and shipping for your order. This is a quick guide to help you with the delivery and processing time frames for your order. 

Please note that due to the public holidays on the 25th December,  26th December and 1st of January our warehouse and HQ will not be operating and there will be no delivery services operating to collect or dispatch parcels during these times. Please also note that Australia Post will not be operating on Monday 31st December for their Annual Holiday. 

Guide for the Best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas and New Years

Australia wide via Australian Express Post

For the best chance of receiving your delivery before Christmas & New Years, we recommend placing your order by Wednesday 12pm on the 19th December. If you are after an urgent order please email onlinesales@premthelabel.com to notify our warehouse that your order is for urgent delivery. 

Placing your order in Australia by the 19th December for metro areas will be the last possible chance of receiving your goodies in time for Christmas.* 

Orders placed after the cut off times indicated are not guaranteed to be dispatched under our usual shipping time frames or delivered by the estimated times provided by the courier. If you receive a shipping confirmation email during this time, this indicates we have processed your order which will be collected by the courier once operations resume. All delivery time frames are an estimated guide as we cannot guarantee any delivery times due to unforeseen delays with courier services.

-       Orders under $200 are a flat rate of $9.95 for Express Shipping

-       We send all Australian orders via Express Shipping

 Even if you give your 'Authority to Leave' in your order notes/message or email unfortunately we employ a strict policy of signature required on delivery. This is for the safety of the parcel to ensure parcels are delivered without incident.

 

 

DELIVERY TIME

-       Express Shipping is a next day delivery* service for most metro areas 

- Please note we send all orders via Express Post please note this is an express delivery service this doesn't always mean express dispatch,  If you require your order urgently, please contact us at onlinesales@premonitiondesigns.com

-       Please note delays may be experienced during busy periods and or sale times

-       Orders placed before 9AM NSW time each business day are generally packed and sent the same day if orders are placed after the cutoff they will be sent the next business day

-       Orders that include a PRE ORDERED item are generally sent the same business day with your PRE ORDERED item to be sent once it becomes available

-       Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to higher shipping prices, troubles with the address provided or any issues with the garments ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order. 

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at  your local post office

 

 

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

-       Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page

-       Pre Order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe on the website

-       Items purchased on pre order can only be cancelled for a store credit

-       If your order includes sale items AND pre ordered items, your order will be sent once your pre ordered item arrives

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

All parcels are sent via DHL using their Express Service.

Orders placed before 9AM AEST on business days are usually shipped the same day. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 1 - 7 business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.

All international orders occur a flat rate shipping fee which is a base price for freight. We do our best to keep shipping fees down as well as cover the regions international shipping flat rate up to a designated threshold. In the rare occurrence, we cannot cover this threshold, the recipient will be contacted with the freight quote and before the parcel can be sent, they informed of these extra freight charges and will either agree or disagree to cover these extra shipping costs. The recipient will not be charged these charges unless they have confirmed. 

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and a business address is recommended. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, DHL should leave directions on how to receive your parcel.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, PREM takes no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact your countries DHL.

 Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.

- Orders placed on PREM are intended for retail customers only. Any orders placed for businesses, will occur a business level shipping rate. These orders will be contacted once their order is awaiting shipment.

CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES 

Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. PREM do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. PREM cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on PREM they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order. 

 

REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES

If you refuse any shipments from PREM, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us at and we are charged. By placing your order on PREM, are are responsible to understand there may be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. By refusing your shipment, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipment will be subtracted from your merchandise refund including your original shipping amount.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from DHL Express with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, DHL should provide instructions on how to receive your parcel
