PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping does NOT mean express processing. This is a fast shipping method only. During our busier periods, processing of orders may take between 1 - 5 business days. SHIPPING FOR AUSTRALIA 

-       FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for all Australian orders over $200!

-       Orders under $200 are a flat rate of $9.95 for Express Shipping

-       We send all Australian orders via Express Shipping

-       All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post

 

DELIVERY TIME

-       Express Shipping is a next day delivery* service 

-       If you wish to calculate Aus Post shipping times please see link here

-       *Customers outside of Australia Posts Express Post network, delivery can take 2 - 5 business days

-       Orders placed before 9AM NSW time each business day are generally packed and sent the same day

-       Orders that include a PRE ORDERED item are generally sent the same business day with your PRE ORDERED item to be sent once it becomes     available

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at   your local post office

-       If you wish to give permission for authority to leave please leave us a note in you're order notes

 

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

-       Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page

-       Pre Order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe on the website

-       Items purchased on pre order can only be cancelled for a store credit

-       If your order includes sale items AND pre ordered items, your order will be sent once your pre ordered item arrives

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

-       All international orders are sent via DHL Express Shipping

-       Please note, should your order exceed these flat rate charges due to weight or delivery area, we will contact you regarding further shipping costs

-       Customs, duties and taxes or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Premonition Designs is NOT responsible for covering these costs!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from DHL Express with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, DHL should provide instructions on how to receive your parcel

 

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

-       Orders that include a PRE ORDERED item will be dispatched once that item becomes available

-       Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page

RETURNS POLICY

 

-       Items can be returned within 14 days of dispatch for a Store credit, any return that exceeds this time frame will be rejected and returned to   sender

-       Store credits do not expire and can be used to purchase any replacement garments

-       Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and still within original packaging

-       For hygiene reasons earrings and undergarments cannot be returned

-       Items purchased on sale are classified as "Final Sale" items and cannot be returned unless received with a manufacturing fault

- Shipping is not including in return credit notes only the total price paid for the product

 

HOW TO RETURN

-       To return your order you’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us

-       Login to your account and select ORDERS to view your completed/shipped orders

-       Next to the order you wish to return, select RETURN ITEM(S) and fill in the required details

-       Once you have submitted your Return Request, wait until you receive an email saying Return Authorised

-       Your Return Authorised email will include this sentence: "The status of this return request has been changed to Return Authorized."

STORE CREDIT

-       Returned items will be issued with a Store Credit

-       Store credits have NO expiry

-       Store credits can be used to purchase gift cards

-       You can log into your Premonition account at any time to check the balance of your Store Credit

 

PROCESSING TIME

-       We aim to process all returns within 2-3 days of receiving your items!

- Processing times can be delayed in busy times 

-       We will send you an email with the details of your processed return

 

Afterpay Returns

If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

     Please email onlinesales@premthelabel.com if you believe your garment has a fault. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
